Drive-now charged me 758,36€ + 80€ for small marks on the rear bumper. The reparation work is excess...ive with respect to damage. I cannot recommend the service to anyone anymore. Ver Mais

This was my first drive now experience, and it'll definitely be the last! I picked up a car with th...e intention of driving to the airport. After driving a bit, I noticed the car wasn't running smoothly and there was a blinking red "warning" light. I got out of the car to see if there was a flat tire or some other problem, but I couldn't find anything. After driving a bit more, the flashing light continued and the car started to smell. Then it started smoking. I was honestly afraid the car may explode, and I couldn't figure out what the light was warning me about. I found the nearest parking spot and got out. I ended up paying 40 Euros for a taxi. After speaking with Drive Now, they won't even refund my trip. I'm better off using public transport or my bike. Ver Mais

A great and functioning service for sure.

No monthly subscription, just pay for your driving and o...f course the registration fee of 30 € (which includes 20 bonusminutes). Plenty of cars in Helsinki (also BMW i3 electric cars available), and the app is easy to use. The bonusminute system is also well executed, and it encourages users to fuel/charge the cars and recommend it to their friends. The hourly packages are at a reasonable price, if you need the car for a longer time.

If the area would be bigger and have more drop-off areas in Espoo and Vantaa, I would give this 5 stars. Ver Mais
